Rates

Rates are based on a 2 persons occupancy for a one-bedroom apartment and a 4 persons occupancy for a two-bedroom apartment. Our rates are 'season-independent' until further notice.

One bedroom	up to 4	US $95,-
Two bedroom	up to 6	US $145,-

Please note: 9.5% room tax will be added to the price

Special rates for longterm tenants (more than one month) are available on request. You may request a specific room — see the floorplans — but we cannot guarantee availability.
