Rates are based on a 2 persons occupancy for a one-bedroom apartment and a 4 persons occupancy for a two-bedroom apartment. Our rates are 'season-independent' until further notice.

Special rates for longterm tenants (more than one month) are available on request. The (2) one-bedroom apartments on the first floor are discounted by 15%. You may request a specific room — see the floorplans — but we cannot guarantee availability.
Per extra guest there is an additional charge of $15 per night.
